Our vineyard lays on a sunny hillside facing south, at over 400 meters of altitude.

Entirely cultivated by hand, it is equipped with funiculars which facilitate the task.

The precise knowledge of the territory allows for a smooth pressing and personalized vinification for each plot.

Depending on their character, each batch undergoes fermentation in either vats or barrels.

The Petite Arvine takes 10 months to grow, and 12 months for the Syrah.

Our choice was carefully considered before the story began; everyone was aware of the strong commitment this would require.
